以台鐵退役老車頭與藍皮車廂為核心,從現況盤點、除鏽防護與漏水修繕開始,逐步導入「可逆式」模組改造與 QR 導覽內容,並建立維護巡檢與借用 SOP,讓保存不只停在展示,而是成為可被使用、可被學習的校園文化載體。
